'Thurrock's Next Top Boss' is a competition to find people, ages 17-19, with the drive and determination to lead a team.

Lately, their team has grown and now has two more members, project management intern Amena Ahmed, and paralympian Danny Crates.

The Next Top Boss initiative has been shortlisted for the Department for Business Innovation and Skills’ Enterprising Britain Competition 2010. Enterprising Britain is a national competition to find the most enterprising place in the UK – a location where enterprise is creating jobs and transforming communities, much like Next Top Boss is doing for Thurrock.
