The second annual State of the Arts conference, organised by the RSA and Arts Council England, brings together a wide range of creative voices to debate current issues on audiences and the value of arts and culture. In a time of austerity, what are the priorities now? At THEATRE IS... we are committed to developing the skills and talents of the next generation of future entrepreneurs.
