ROB SALMON

Rob Salmon is the Associate Director of the New Wolsey Theatre in Ipswich. He manages the Creative Learning Framework, the New Wolsey’s organisation wide participation offer to the formal and informal education sector, the community, and creative and cultural industries. He is an experienced Young Peoples Theatre Director and Practitioner.

Rob trained as a devised actor before moving onto a number of theatre education roles. In 2005 he joined The Dukes Theatre, Lancaster as Creative Learning Director, where he launched DT3. He has worked extensively as a specialist teacher of Drama in complex settings, and has lectured for a number of Colleges and Universities. In addition he trained in the Psychology of Offending Behaviour and Forum Theatre.
