Paul Bamlett

Originally from the North East, Paul Bamlett began his drama career in the early eighties with SNAP Theatre company before moving into social care work using drama with learning disabled people. He qualified as a dramatherapist in 1993 and has used drama in a wide variety of settings including prisons and drug and alcohol rehabilitation .

After a spell in social care management Paul founded an inclusive theatre company called Actability in 2005. This integrated company has completed 3 tours. Paul leads and facilitates drama and social skills based workshops in schools, day centres and other settings across the Eastern Region.
