it's our theatre Norfolk Workshops
The great success we have had exciting and engaging young people through our roadshows, led to over 450 applications to participate in our Hip Hop workshops. These workshops gave participants the chance to learn new skills in Hip Hop Dance, Breaking & Popping, Rap & Vocalism, DJing/Musical Production, acting and much more. Following the workshops 49 young people performed or shadowed backstage in a sold out Slam Night at the Sheringham Little Theatre.

it’s our theatre is not just about developing performance skills. We are also using the workshops to explore with the participants how they view and understand their lifestyles and environment. The sessions explain the importance of making healthy lifestyle choices and the responses we are receiving from the young participants endorse our methodology. In the next phase we begin to create 10 Years From Now a new piece of Hip Hop Theatre that will explore young people’s visions of their world in 2018.
