It’s Our Theatre (IOT) is all about developing the creative entrepreneurs of the future, of which I like to think I’m one. As one of only nine national pilots, I was delighted when THEATRE IS…asked me to production manage Ten Years From Now (10YFN), the show created by the young people from IOT in Norfolk, which toured the country – see link. 

Working with THEATRE IS…allowed me to mentor a whole new group of budding young technicians and stage managers. I think it’s called Peer Learning. By the end of the 10YFN tour they were designing and running the show with minimal input from me or the touring venues! At the age of 18 I was already redundant. Since then THEATRE IS…has continued to employ me and my company CEG Theatre & Entertainment Services Ltd
